A 48-hour notice is appreciated for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged at 50% of the service rate, which goes toward the next visit.
Please arrive a few minutes early with a clean face for brow and lash services. Bridal trials begin with a brief skin-care consult — come as you would on a regular morning.
Bridal and large event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to hold the date, credited toward the final invoice. Standard service appointments are secured at the time of booking.
